Meet Mike Wilson, B.Sc (Chem), P.Eng
Mike joined the Company in 2000 and became President and CEO three years later. Under his leadership, Agrium has grown significantly increasing its size and profile in world markets. Prior to joining Agrium, Mike gathered experience as an executive leader in the chemical industry. He was the President of Methanol and President and COO of Methanex Corporation.
When Mike is not working you might find him at home playing with his grandchildren or teeing off at the greens.
His Words:

Meet Bruce Waterman, BCom., CA
Bruce joined Agrium Inc. as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, in April of 2000. In this role, Bruce is responsible for Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Controllers, Information Technology and Government Relations.
Prior to joining Agrium, Bruce served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Talisman Energy in Calgary.
Bruce was named the 2008 "Canada's CFO of the Year," which is an award presented to a senior financial leader who has made a contribution to business in Canada by demonstrating technical capability, vision, leadership, innovation and corporate responsibility.
On a personal level, Bruce is very involved with his four children and has been a long-time supporter of the community, such as his involvement with the Calgary and Area United Way.

Meet Andrew Mittag, B.A, MBA (Agrium Advanced Technologies)
Andrew joined Agrium in 2005 as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy and in 2009 he was appointed Senior Vice President, Agrium and President of Agrium Advanced Technologies (AAT) Strategic Business Unit.
Andrew has over 25 years experience in business and strategy development and investment and commercial banking. Prior to joining Agrium, he co-founded Rockland Capital Partners and was their President and CFO. Before that he was a Senior Vice President at Koch Industries and TXU. He currently sits on the board of Hanfeng Evergreen, a specialty fertilizer business with operations in China.
In his free time, Andrew likes spending time with his family and is actively involved in a number of charitable pursuits, notably dog and horse rescues. The Mittag family also enjoys nature and hiking in the mountains.

Meet Richard Gearheard, B.S, CPA (Agrium Retail)
Richard has served as Senior Vice President of Agrium and President of its Retail Strategic Business Unit since August 1996. His work at Agrium and its former companies across North America spans 30 years. In that time Richard has filled different leadership positions. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Crop Production Services, Inc. and Northwest Vice President for Western Farm Service, Inc. before taking his current role.
While at home, Richard enjoys quality time with his grandchildren and trying to lower his golf score.
His Words:
"During my career, I have been fortunate to have participated in the formation of Crop Production Services and the company-transforming acquisitions of PureGro, Western Farm Service, Royster-Clark and United Agri Products. Employees from each of these companies have been responsible for our success today."
Meet Leslie O'Donoghue, B.A. (Econ), LL.B
Leslie joined Agrium in 1999 after a distinguished career in corporate and securities litigation as a partner with the law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. She is Agrium's Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President, Business Development and is also currently a member of the Pembina Pipeline Corporation's Board of Directors.
Leslie is involved in the ‘Agrium Women's Leadership Group’ (AWLG) - a grassroots group with senior leadership support. AWLG is focused on professional women's development and all female employees are invited to participate. Leslie is an ideal mentor within this organization. In 2009, the Canadian General Counsel Awards in Toronto recognized her with the distinguished ‘Top Dealmaker’ award.
In her down time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family.

Meet Jim Grossett, B.A.
Jim joined Agrium as Vice President, Human Resources in 2002. Three years later, he was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
Jim has overall responsibility for Agrium's global HR function covering over 10,000 employees. He has over 25 years of Human Resource management experience. Before joining Agrium, Jim was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Molson Inc. and Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Coca-Cola Beverages, Ltd.
Jim has his Institute of Corporate Directors - ICD.D designation and is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta. He was Chairman of the Human Resource Advisory Council for Seneca College in Toronto as well as Past Co-Chairman of the Human Resource Council for The Grocery Product Manufacturers of Canada.
During his free time, Jim enjoys working out in the fitness centre, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Meet Ron Wilkinson, BSc., Eng.
Ron is the Senior Vice President of Agrium and President of its Wholesale Strategic Business Unit. Ron joined Agrium in 1996 through the acquisition of Viridian Inc. He has since held various leadership positions with the organization. Ron has also worked for Sherritt Inc., Imperial Oil, Exxon Chemical Pakistan Limited and Esso Chemical Canada.
Ron has over thirty years of engineering, operations and business management experience within the petrochemical industry. He is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
In his spare time Ron likes to jog, cycle and golf. He is also a big auto racing enthusiast.
