Agrium sees itself in a relationship with a few types of communities. We are a neighbor in rural and urban centers where we have office or operations. We are also part of a much larger global community as a responsible corporate citizen.

As a neighbour, we have many positive influences – we may be a large employer in the area, creating local business opportunities and contributing to your tax base. But we also share community infrastructure like roads, water and protective services and generate noise that can have an impact.

We see ourselves as residents, not tenants, of the communities where we have operations. As a responsible member of the community, we must maintain a dialogue with our neighbours, support programs in need, and share our knowledge when possible.
